If there is one thing that the toad can always find?  There is an endless supply of tags or graffiti for the toad to photograph.  However there are some bad tags, which the toad says make the majority, then you find a good-looking tag like (Tags 28-7) the amount of colour between black and red is perfect in toads eyes, well done tagger!
