I have known Chuckles, since I have moved from binning in the West End of Vancouver to the Fairview Neighbourhood part of the city. Christopher works hard at binning day by day. What always comes to mind when I see Chuckles is the umbrella’s he always carrying. You would often see Christopher pushing his shopping cart holding an umbrella. It truly is poetic in a binnrs™ sense of view. I had thought to immortalize him by placing a photo of Chuckles on thisoldtoad.com, to give him ever-lasting life…
