Vancouver General Hospital Rocks

The every changing rocks.  I stop by the hospital on the really wet days to pick butt’s to fill my tobacco habit.  Somebody sets up the rocks and then someone comes by and destroys them.  The rocks are rebuilt, again and again.  Do they only stack rocks in Vancouver.
